Activities will begin at Temple Judea at 9:45 am. We will be preparing dinners for the needy to be distributed by Aid for Friends and assembling “Breakfast Bags” and cards for the hungry.

On Saturday evening February 3rd, following Havdallah at 6:00 pm, Dr. Ann Weiss will give us an inside view of the photos Hitler never wanted anyone to see. These are the powerful personal photos Jews brought with them to Auschwitz-Birkenau, when they believed they were going to be worked—not murdered. Because Hitler said Jews were sub-human, there was a secret Nazi edit destroying all these personal photographs. Millions of beautiful photos were carried by Jews to all the slave labor and death camps —and millions were destroyed. As far as anyone knows only this one cache of photos survived—hidden, and saved, by members of the Jewish Underground!
